First of all, this is my 100th post, so I feel special.
Now, since it is my 100th post, I feel obligate to make it something important, something to remember! Now the last post in the DnD section goes back to January 2006. JANUARY! Nearly 1 year ago!!! zOMG!!!!!111one This was a situation I had to change.
Now I'm sure a few of you tricky bastards have been roleplaying while I wasn't looking (or being invited for that matter) but I'm about to bring this to a crashing end. I want to try something that shouldn't be too complex and that should get everyone rolling easily enough. Here's the plan:
A mini-campaign with no specific plot. 3 players + 1 DM. The participants, willing or not, Flax, Guillaume, Youssef and Me. There will be 5 games, and the number of the games shall be 5. 6 will not be the number of the games, neither 4, excepting that we then proceed to 5. 7 is right out. Get it? FIVE. Now, I'm not anymore motivated then the lot of you, so here's how it'll go. I will DM game 1 and game 5. You'll each chose a number and DM one of the 3 other games. No you don't have a choice in the matter. Shut up and do it. You don't feel like planning anything? Fine, we'll just go East. There's always evil to the east. It said so in Diablo II and on Fox News. You know you can always download some cheap adventure and run it. No, not Base of Operations. Our starting level will be 1d10 divided by two. We'll manage from there. All classes open, all alignements. Use the Core 3.5 material, the rest is overrated. There will be no setting other the stuff you make up for your games. You don't really need to be consistent with previous games. All in all, the point is to have fun and do stuff.
No is not an option. I don't have time isn't one either. I don't feel like roleplaying / DMing can only lead to your untimely and gruesomely brutal death. Please mention days of the week when you are free (i.e. Fridays or Saturdays even if its only once per two weeks). We need the evening / night. No "oh I can come at 2h but I have to leave by 2h15". Do that and die.
Thank you for your comprehension and (un-coerced) consent.
