Although the AI in this mod is actually pretty good compared to most, I still suspect there being so many of us human players will have an effect, with all of us on the same side. At least we picked the weaker side (good).
I'm wondering if we should agree to postpone direct actions against the AI until so many turns in since the MTW2 AI handles rushing so poorly. There are plenty of rebel settlements early on anyway.
I think this would mostly be an issue for Rohan (for whom rushing Isengard is possible) and the northern factions. Gondor is in a pretty tight spot as is.
What does everyone think?

Alright, having played a bit of my Dale game and doing quite a bit of sucking I'm thinking this won't be much of an issue since we chose the good side, at least not for me...

hehe, well I think we could "roleplay" it out if necessary. No need to rush the AI. Anyway, I was more "hapless" than the AI in the few games I played (Mordor is scaring the shit out of me)

I've had similar experiences. I was kicked out of the Misty Mountains as the orcs by elves who outnumbered my armies 3:1 (it's sad when your faction's one advantage is big armies but since the AI gets money bonuses yours are smaller than their's. ;D). Only sp game I have going really well is Harad, and they start pretty big with a powerful ally.
